The Brothers Mario Trailer

As most of you know, the real Super Mario Bros movie was a piece of crap movie. Gamers all across the world tried to forget the horrendous excuse for fecal matter of a film. Well, this might not be an trailer to an actual movie, but it helps ease the pain a bit.

Instead of your usual adventure in the happy Mushroom Kingdom, we find Mario and Luigi in the dark ugly streets of the Mushroom Kingdom tearing Bowser and his goombas a new one. It's comforting to know that Luigi is no longer just Player 2 in this go round, he comes through with guns a blazing and quotable one liners. Mainly the classic "Never bring a hammer to a gun fight." Toad and Yoshi show up to give some fire power to the already dynamic duo.

Trailer after the break.

I've noticed some readers are not living in the US, and might not have the access to shows like Justified, 30 Rock, or Community. Or you just can't afford to have cable. Whatever the reason may be, here are some sites you can visit to stream TV shows.

The Justin Bieber CSI Scene, The Extended Cut

Justin Bieber recently starred in an episode of CSI. In that episode, Justin Bieber meets his demise by getting holes pumped into him by the LVPD. Well, the good folks over at Gorilla Mask, got a hold of this scene and decided to mix it with some awesomeness for the viewing pleasure of the internet.

It's official, the Wolfpack is back. The first movie followed the Wolfpack in Vegas, but this time the Pack has taken their shenanigans to Thailand. Former President Bill Clinton makes a cameo in the new movie. And to replace the baby, there seems to be a monkey accompanying the big three this time.

The Hangover II in theaters May 26.

JAPANESE GAME SHOW: BIKINI GAME

There's something to be admired about television in the land of the rising sun. They seem to be onto something entirely different from the rest of the world.

The clip above is from some bikini game show. Bear in mind, I have no idea what exactly is going on, but it seems some sort of contest for hot Asian women. There's bouncing, limbo, and a contest involving a banana. It's what I imagine happens at Cancun on Spring Break, except no orange people.

JUSTIFIED - SEASON 2 PROMO

I stated in a previous post that I just got my Xbox 360 recently, and first game I purchased with it was Red Dead Redemption. I'm a big fan of the GTA series, so it only made a sense. Plus, there's nothing like being a badass cowboy in the Wild West.

Kobe Bryant in The Black Mamba

NBA star Kobe Bryant and Director Robert Rodriguez hook up for a short film titled "The Black Mamba". Kobe Bryant as The Black Mamba goes through three different villains. The Crippler (Danny Trejo), Mr. Suave (Bruce Willis), and The Boss (Kanye West).

If you're not familiar with the name Robert Rodriguez, he directed films such as Sin City, Planet Terror, and my personal favorite Machete. I know a lot of people haven't seen Machete, but it's pretty funny and crapload of action.

Uncle Leo Dies At The Age of 88

Len Lesser the actor who played Uncle Leo on the classic show Seinfeld died recently at the age of 88.

Uncle Leo was portrayed as that overly friendly uncle that none of the kids wanted to hang out with. He was always a good guy, but you could only take his presence in small infrequent doses. Yeah that was Uncle Leo for you.

The one thing Uncle Leo taught me when I was watching this as a kid was that you should always look in the trash, you never know what you're gonna get.

So in honor of Uncle Leo, I'll be looking in your trash cans. Don't mind me.

Here's a clip of Jerry trying to convince Uncle Leo to hook back up with an anti-Semite woman.

LIVING WITH FIRST PERSON SHOOTER DISEASE

I just got my xbox 360, so I've been pretty busy. I've been a PC gamer for the past 4 or 5 years, but mostly single player. Mainly due to slow crawling internet speeds we have in my country.

Anyways, here's a classic gamer video that always gets the laughs coming. This guy is suffering FPS Disease (First Person Shooter Disease). Yeah, it's exactly how it sounds.

Check out the guy with the Street Fighter disease. So funny.

Weekly Dose Of Green Man: Cone Humpin

In this week's video of green man, we see green man humping a traffic cone. Random, I know. But when is green full body suits ever considered normal?

As you know, I am a fan of all things green man. Green man could be making copies, and I'd be happy with that.

"Yeah, just making some copies."

I guess you can say I'm easily entertained.

IT CROWD: D&D COUNSELING

The moment I watched the Community D&D episode, IT Crowd immediately came to mind.

In this episode, Roy is going through an ugly breakup. He has problems moving on. Moss then pretends to be an elvish version of Roy's ex-girlfriend. It gets awkward at first, but eventually Roy gives in. Shhhh...don't fight it. sorry. *cough*

IT Crowd is one of my favorite shows. I highly recommend this show to those who are always up for a good laugh

COMMUNITY - GETTIN DOWN AND DIRTY WITH D&D

On the hit NBC show "Community", the gang plays D&D to help a friend. The episode was amazing to say the least. But the highlight from the episode was when Hector the Well Endowed (Allison Brie) had to court the beautiful Elf maiden (Danny Pudi) in order to get a pegasus.

I tried reading Allison Brie's lips but all I got were "I cupped her breast", "Pulled out my huge member", and the smacking was kind of self-explanatory. HAZAAH!!

If you want to stream the full episode on youtube, you can go here [part 1] [part 2]

NOW PLAYING: YOUNG JUSTICE

I'm not much of a comic book nerd, but when I do read comics it's usually DC. So when I heard Cartoon Network was releasing a new cartoon based on the DC Universe, I was more excited than a 12 year old girl at a Justin Bieber concert. Details of the cartoon below:
Young Justice focuses on the lives of a group of teenaged superhero sidekicks and protégés attempting to establish themselves as proven superheroes and as teenagers dealing with adolescent issues grounded in the context of their personal lives.
It's similar to the Teen Titans series that came out a while back, but this is more serious and the drawing style is more American. Teen Titans' style was more based on anime, even the theme song was sung by a Japanese girl band.

My favorite characters in this series so far are Aqualad and Kid Flash. I like Aqualad because he's a badass, and he makes me think I should really give Aquaman a second chance. Kid Flash is just funny, and the chemistry between him and Robin is always fun.

If you haven't watched it yet, you can check the first episode here. [link]

GETTING VLC TO REMEMBER AUDIO/SUBTITLE SETTINGS

As you may or may not know, one of the most used software I've ever used has turned 10 years old. VLC Media Player is a 5th grader. If you don't know about VLC, you have no business being on the internet.

Anyways, I was watching Cowboy Bebop as a mkv file, and the file defaulted to the japanese audio stream. I usually watch in the japanese dub, but the english dub on Cowboy Bebop is really good.

Moving along, I got tired of manually switching the audio stream each time a new episode came on. After much Google search, I found a solution.

Step 1. Go to Tools > Select Preferences

Step 2. At the bottom of the Preferences window, under Show Settings, Select the option labeled "All"

Step 3. Click Input/Codecs
Step 4. Change the Audio track field to the number that corresponds to the stream you want.

VLC labels each stream by number, starting with 0. So in this case the first stream is 0 and the second stream 1.

Step 6. Click the Save button. Click the Stop button if you're currently watching the film, then press Play again. Now you can watch the rest of your series or season without having to manually switching languages.

Keep in mind, this only works if all the files you choose to watch have the same corresponding streams. Also, if anyone reading this has a better way of doing this, I would like to know. This just works for me.

EDIT:  I forgot to mention. After you're done watching, you should change the audio track and subtitles track values back to -1. That way it won't affect any future files you plan to watch.

Green Man Spotted

Some green men were spotted at a Canucks vs. Predators game. Dave Scatchard, who plays for the Predators, was placed in the penalty box for goalie interference. He wasn't alone. Green men went on to mock him in all their green glory.

As an added bonus, here's the gif Coilis requested from the show"It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia". [link]

The Most Illegal Move In Wrestling History

I don't watch too much wrestling these days. But this is just so funny. And stupid. All at the same time. The announcer is what makes it even more funny.

The most insanely illegal move ever starts at the :14 mark.

I think I might just watch wrestling (WWE) again. Maybe. Probably.

Source Code

I just saw the trailer to this new Jake Gyllenhaal movie titled "Source Code". The movie looks like it has nothing to do with actual source code, but more to do with bombs.

When decorated soldier Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) wakes up in the body of an unknown man, he discovers he's part of a mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train. In an assignment unlike any he's ever known, he learns he's part of a government experiment called the "Source Code," a program that enables him to cross over into another man's identity in the last 8 minutes of his life. With a second, much larger target threatening to kill millions in downtown Chicago, Colter re-lives the incident over and over again, gathering clues each time, until he can solve the mystery of who is behind the bombs and prevent the next attack.

Basically, Jake lives the last eight minutes of another guy's life, and relives it over and over until he can figure out the identity of the bomber. And the kicker, he gets to live these 8 minutes each time with the other guy's wife *bow chika wow wow*. This movie is The Matrix, Ground Hog's Day, Inception, and Sophie's Choice all rolled into one big fat budget movie.

Movie comes out April Fool's day.

The Origins of GreenMan

If you ever watched "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia", then chances are you heard of Green Man. According to the show, it's this thing Charlie used to do back in high school during sporting events. He would get drunk, and dress up in a green lycra suit and start dancing. He was the unofficial school mascot nobody wanted.

According to show creator Rob McElhenney, Green Man is actually based on a real person. Rob had a high school buddy, who was on his first year of residency to becoming a doctor. They attended a Philadelphia Eagle's game, and after the game, his friend started walking around the parking lot in a green lycra suit taking pictures. Rob would eventually use it in his show. [source]

And for the sake of science, if anyone wants an animated gif you can get it here. [link]
And for the sake of lulz, you can buy your own suit from begreenman.com. Just be sure to post pics or vids, ya know for scientific research.

Mandatory Super Bowl Post

As a fantasy football manager and fan of the NFL, I'm obligated to talk about the Super Bowl. I'm far from a Green Bay fan, and I'm not much of a Steelers' fan either. I was just hoping for a great game, and it turned out to be a good one.

I found out later Lil' Wayne did a remix of Wiz Khalifa's "Black and Yellow" prior to the Super Bowl. Didn't care too much for it, but I have to admit that Troy Polamalu line did make me chuckle a bit.

"We knocked the Eagles and the Falcons and the Bears off / Now we 'bout to cut Troy Polamalu's hair off"

Congratulations to all the Cheeseheads.

SOME THINGS I LEARNED WATCHING GRANDMA'S BOY

Grandma's Boy is about this 30 something year old game tester who is forced to live with his grandma and her 2 old roommates after being evicted from his apartment. It's not a bad movie actually, it's pretty funny. Typical Happy Madison movie.

1. Majority of gamers don't have social lives.
2. Grey bush is a fitting term for an old guy.
5. Weed dealers are cool as hell.
6. "You can get past a dog, but no one fucks with a lion."
7. You can't raise your voice when a lion is around.
8. If you live with your parents after the age of 23, they're no longer your parents, they're your roommates.
9. ALWAYS Lock the door before spanking the monkey.

10. Do not name future daughter Laura.

11. Did not know Jonah Hill (Superbad, Take Him To The Greek) was in this movie

12. Grandmas are awesome.

13. Bongs make good vases
14. Beer, cereal, and chips go good with weed.
15. There are geeks in the world who dress like they're in the matrix

16. You can teach a monkey Tae Kwon Do
17. Old ladies with short hair dos are cougars
18. Wear oven mitts when handling hot trays
19. Vegans are sensitive about what they eat
20. Some of the shirts were made by J!NX Clothing

Real games advertised in the movie:
1. Guilty Gears X
2. Fight Night
3. GTA: San Andreas
4. City of Heroes

Birds Of War

One of my favorite TV shows today, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. If you haven't watched it yet, I suggest you get going cuz this show is funny.

In this clip, the gang (Mac, Dennis, and Charlie) form a wrestling team called "The Birds of Prey". They come up with a what seemed at the time a clever entrance theme song, but ends up getting counted out.

Das Waicist!

I was having lunch with an Asian friend of mine, and this short Asian lady walks by. She was very short, height was just below 4 foot mark. I say to my Asian friend, "If an Asian person is less than 4 feet tall, does that make them a midget or just an average Asian person?" He laughed, and replied, "You're such a fuckin' racist bastard, you know that?"

Upon hearing this, I thought to myself, I can't be racist. I just. Can't. Be. An. Racist. So I did a little google search to look for some way to prove I wasn't racist. The result I found was this test that Harvard conducted. So, for the sake of science, I took the test. Here's my result.

So maybe I'm just racist for wrong type of Asian. CaucAsian, not Oriental Asian.

"Oh sure he'll do it."

I'm the family tech support guy in my family. I guess being a pale and pasty neckbeard counts as a qualification. I just finished cleaning out my other drunk uncle's computer, and I figured I'd share some of the tools I usually use to clean them out.

1. CCleaner. Before I do anything else, I make sure to clear out all the temporary files left by applications and web browsing. It cuts the time for antivirus scanning substantially. I usually install it, but I also carry the portable version just in case.

2. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. MalwareBytes has time and time again proven to be a winner. I've seen instances where MalwareBytes were able to detect and remove malware even McAfee or Norton couldn't.

3. Revouninstaller. I use this to uninstall all the crap people install on their PCs. Unlike Add/Remove Programs, RevoUninstaller does a very thorough job. Add/Remove just uses the uninstaller that came with the program, but Revo cleans out any files, folders, or registry entries that might've been left behind. There's also a portable version if you don't feel like installing it.

4. Antivir Personal. I used to install AVG on friends' and family members' PCs, but found that it lagged performance over time. Then I decided to give Antivir a try, and I have to say it's pretty good for a free alternative. It updates in the background, and you hardly notice it running. The only time it'll bother you is when it detects something.

5. NT Boot Disk. Let's just say I have certain associates that might be involved in some shady activity. And from time to time, they'll bring their "personal" laptop that has been locked out because "they forgot their password". I haven't tried it on Windows 7, but I have tried it on Windows 2000, Xp, and Vista. Worked all the times I've tried it.

This not my full list of tools, but these usually fix any sort of software related problem I might come across. If you have any suggestions, I'm always looking for new ways to make life as Family Tech Support Guy easier.

Things that baffle me.

I walked into our office bathroom today, and I noticed something. Every guy that walks up to the urinal spits in the urinal before they start to take a piss. What's up with that? I'm guessing it's the bathroom smell, but I can't verify if anyone spits in the toilet before they take a shit. Maybe this is only exclusive to my workplace. Who knows, maybe I'm the weird one not spitting before I take a leak.

Random Conversations

My drunk uncle told me a joke the other day. Of course I was drunk too, but I can recall the main point of the story.

An old lady walks into a waiting room. She feels the sudden urge to bust a fart, but her old body couldn't hold it in. So she lets it go, and takes a seat. She turns to the a guy sitting next to her and says, "Good thing I didn't make any noise." The guy turns to her and says,"Maybe you need to change the battery in your hearing aid."

Thank you for wasting your time here.
